Summary:                    Unnecessary download and unzip of GTK+ development
version in prepare.cmd
Description: 
While I was compiling Grisbi CVS under windows, I launched the prepare.cmd
script.
It downloaded again the gtk toolkit even though it was already on my disk,
and tried to unzip it again, even though it was already unzipped.

I'd recommend to use "wget -c", so that the file isn't downloaded again
every time
I'd also recommend to use the "unzip -uo" commmand, to unzip only if
necessary.
