[grisbi-bugs] 0.6 beta3

Hello!

I have installed 0.6 beta3 Grisbi Windows7 Home Premium 64bit on a machine 
since the version 0.59 does not work even with the compatibility mode.
Unfortunately, I found that the incorrect values were displayed. These 
were suddenly larger by a factor of 1000.
I think that this could have possibly to do with a confusion of decimal 
digits and a symbol of grouping.
