Description: 
Not able to import an OFX file with the new 0.6.0 beta3 although it
previously worked with 0.5.9 release.
Error message : "Aucun dossier n'a été importé, Vérifiez que les fichiers
sont valides.Assurez vous qu'ils ne sont pas compressés et que leur format
est valide."
Encoding : Local Unicode UTF-8

Are you sure that you have selected the right character encoding in the
file selector?
The OFX file states that it is encoded in "USASCII".
Could you try specifying this file encoding when importing the file?
