Summary:                    erreur lors de l'importation d'un fichier quicken
Description: 
Message d'erreur : "le nouveau compte n'a pas été créé".
lors de l'import d'un fichier quicken quand le fichier se trouve dans un
répertoire accentué dans mon cas : 
c:\users\Fred\Desktop\Téléchargement\CA20090921_1343.ofx
quand le répertoire est non accentué
(c:\users\Fred\Desktop\CA20090921_1343.ofx) l'importation se passe sans
problème
