Summary:                    Scheduled transactions not applied on correct date
Description: 
Today's date is 12/10. I created a scheduled transaction with date 14/10.
The transaction was applied immediately, ie today and not in two days time.
I would have expected the transaction to be applied when I open Grisbi on
14/10.

By default, Grisbi will "apply" scheduled transactions that will expire in
three days.  So if you create a transaction that is due in less than three
days, it will be created immediately.

This is configurable in the "Preferences" window, but I finally find it
confusing.  So in the next version, default will be 0 days, meaning that
schedule  d transactions will expire only the day they are due.
