Summary:                    Import d'un fichier OFX impossible
Description: 
Le fichier contient comme DSTART=19000101 hors sous windows l'origine des
dates est 01011970, lors de l'import mktime (utilise par libofx) retourne
-1 ce qui pose un probleme a g_date_set_time dans ofx.c
