Summary:                    Welcome page and scheduled transactions
Description: 
Case_01
Welcome page -> click on the link for a manual scheduled transaction.
After the first click the new opend window shows only Ok/Cancel buttons.
When the link is clicked a second time it works ok = transaction forumal is
shown

Case_02
Welcome page -> click on the link for an automatic executed scheduled.
There is no further action (opening transaction list and displaying the
automatic scheduled transaction).
