Summary:                    Import of categoires and budgetary-lines
Description: 
In version 0.5.9 are imported categories or budgetary-lines merged when the
name of an imported categorie/budgetary-line is the same as an existing
name from a categorie/budgetary line.
In last cvs-version is the message for merge shown (see attachment
message.png), but the imported data is added without merge.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Export categories or budgetary-lines
2. Import categories/budgetary lines from the file of step 1
3. Confirm message with yes
4. Categoires/budgetary-lines are added without merge (entries are
doubled)
