Summary:                    Allow edits to reconciled transactions
Description: 
I would like to be able to edit reconciled transactions, primarily to alter
the amounts of breakdowns.  I receive my pay stubs late, so I put all of my
paycheck in a "Gross Pay" category, and reassign the amounts to various
categories when the stub arrives.  I couldn't figure out how to edit the
breakdowns or un-mark the category as reconciled.  I resorted to
hand-tweaking the XML.
