Summary:                    Report totals and subtotals all appear as 0 euroes
Description: 
I am a newbie to Grisbi, trying to convert from MS Money.  In the report
section, I set up a report for a spending category (e.g. Charitable
Donations) and the page lists the correct items with their US Dollar
debits.  But every subtotal and total shows a value of zero Euros.

I have checked my preferences in Grisbi setup under the Total Currencies
listing and set all to US Dollars.  I have also listed US Dollars as my
default currency.  Trying to remove Euros as a currency results in an error
stating they are in use somewhere.
