Summary:                    Grisbi does not recognise new currency in Accounts
tab until Grisbi is restarted
Description: 
Grisbi does not recognise new currency in Accounts tab until Grisbi is
restarted

Actual Example :
 - New Grisbi installation with Euro as the only currency
 - Importing QIF file to Grisbi as new account
 - New account is to be in US dollars so the "Add a currency" function is
used during QIF import.
 - New account is imported as a US dollar account. All seems fine, but
...
 - When trying to modify the new account the "Account currency" field
displays Euro and there is no other currency available, even though US
dollars was added as a currency during QIF import.  
 - To update the account settings, one clicks on "Apply" and the account
is changed to Euro and it seems impossible to change it back to dollars.
 - Solution : Restart Grisbi and US dollars finally becomes an option in
the "Account currency" field.
