Summary:                    completion in transaction form gets crazy?
Description: 
when i try to add a new transaction, if i select a known payee that has
made a transaction at the past, the data of that OLD transaction is used
for the new one.. i think it should be left blank after selecting that
payee, or at least add a configuration check box inside transaction
completion options page. ;)
