Summary:                    Date formatting not correct
Description: 
The date format in the "Transaction/Scheduled form" area, when an existing
transaction is selected, displays the same way as my OS (MM/DD/YYYY), but
it shows that it has an error if the "DD" part is above 12.  It's like the
program doesn't understand this format, but yet it displays it this way. 
To correct it, and for me to be able to successfully click OK to save the
transaction, I have to enter it as DD/MM/YYYY.

This is like this not only for existing transactions, but even if I enter
a new one; I have to input the date using this format: DD/MM/YYYY.  When I
select the date from the calendar view, it still doesn't matter.

The program seems to be always reading the date as DD/MM/YYYY, but it
displays it as MM/DD/YYYY.
