Summary:                    Reconciliation problem - transfers between accounts
Description: 
When i reconcile an account with transfers between accounts the process
commences as normal. After I save and reopen the file, the transfers
between accounts will not be marked as reconciled, but the amount in
reconciliation will include them.
I need to mark them manually as reconciled and assign them to the last
reconciliation.

I do not think this is a bug. 

When you reconcile a transaction belonging to a transfer, only this
transaction is marked R.
The other operation must be reconcile in its own account.

I don't mind such prudence... but when I mark such transaction as checked
and reconcile it leads to inconsistency - the reconciled amount includes
the transfer, but it's marked as new (no P/R flag). When you know this
issue this is a small problem (good work with 0.6) but you need to know it.
After the reconciliation the transfer will be marked R only after saving
ang closing it will show up on the list...
Is it a bug.. maybe not, it's consistent and there is a simple application
based workaround..
